We’re in The Berry – the peaceful, rural heart of central France (Centre-Val de Loire region), It’s France as it’s meant to be experienced, where meals matter more than schedules and beauty is simply part of daily life.
Around 3.5 hours by car south of Paris, this is authentic French countryside at its best. Weekly markets, medieval villages, wild swimming lakes, and quiet backroads made for cycling.
